The Board of Director is in search of an individual to serve for a 3-year term as Secretary of the Loudoun Douglass High School Alumni Association. This is a non-profit organization and a non-paid voluntary position.
Secretary duties include:
Prepares minutes of all meetings, including conference calls
Prepares yearly newsletter
Updates the LDAA website and all Social Media
Collects all mail for LDAA and distributes to the proper Board Member
Works closely with Treasurer to maintain membership and scholarship spreadsheets
And a host of other duties
